Short version: Arcadia doesn't send your shop's data anywhere. Here's the long version. Last updated October 2026.
Arcadia is an offline-first desktop app. Everything you put into it — parts, machines, manuals, projects, recurring tasks, history — is stored locally in Arcadia's data folder on the computer it's installed on. It is never uploaded, synced to a server, or sent to us. If the Always-On Dashboard is turned on, that same data is served to other devices on your shop's own Wi-Fi network only — it still never leaves your local network.
We don't operate any servers that Arcadia talks to while you're using it, with two narrow exceptions:
If you contact us or purchase a license, we keep that email thread so we can support you and deliver updates. We don't sell, rent, or share your contact information, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.
This website is hosted on Netlify, which may log basic, aggregate traffic data (like page requests) for hosting and security purposes. We don't run any separate tracking or advertising scripts on this site.
Because your shop's operational data never leaves your computer, there's nothing on our end to request, export, or delete — it's already entirely in your control. For anything tied to a purchase (your email on file with us, for instance), reach out and we'll take care of it.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
